Where China wants to discourage US allies from military cooperation by promising Chinese investments. EU countries and the US decide to arm Ukraine with heavy equipment, armored vehicles and tanks. Russia reports the possibility of launching a major military operation in Ukraine. Kyiv may be angry, but so are other cities. It is possible that the Russians want to take over Lwów, close to the Polish border. And this will be a red flag for NATO about the possibility of an escalation of military operations in Europe by Russia. It seems that the conflict in Ukraine is becoming a conflict between China's allies, i.e. Russia, and the US allies, i.e. the European sector of NATO.
