So far, the US has tried to separate nuclear issues from any military activities. Unfortunately, Moscow's rhetoric has upset this balance. It is possible that analyzes of the US military show that Russia may consider using nuclear devices, for example in Ukraine. Where it fails conventionally when the Western world sends NATO armaments. Russia is able to forgive its rulers a lot, but not a lost war for power. The defeat in Ukraine and the lack of guarantees that nuclear weapons will not be used convince the US, but probably also China, that Russia is no longer a stable guardian of its nuclear arsenal.
