Or maybe: Ukraine is getting rid of the old administration apparatus linked to Russia in one move. It is a very clever move by the President of Ukraine to settle the issue of high corruption in his country right now. Corruption, a terrible thing, and especially during the war, completely socially unacceptable, is being combated now, when the Western world has decided to equip Ukraine with military offensive equipment. Maybe these conditions were set by the US, or maybe this is the problem that blocked many decisions in Ukraine. The first goal they can achieve is the actual, demonstrative eradication of corruption in order to get rid of it from the entire administrative ladder of the country. The second goal is to get rid of the old, post-Soviet administrative apparatus, which inherited from the USSR a certain penchant for corruption. A mechanism inherent in virtually every office in the Soviet Union, and probably in today's Russia. This eliminates potential opponents of reforms in Ukraine who could cooperate with the aggressor. The third goal that Ukraine can achieve is finance, now much needed, where the corruption apparatus directed it to private accounts, now they have a chance to fund the budget of a country that definitely needs them.
