Or maybe: Oxford is the first to see a lockdown without a pandemic? Oxford is testing the introduction of 15 and 20 minute districts. The ongoing protests are a response to the restrictions on movement. Conspiracy theories about the isolation of districts during the next pandemic triggered strikes during the test of movement organizations even without a pandemic threat. The only reason for introducing restrictions is CO2 emissions. Interestingly, luxury goods or luxury districts will be de facto exempt from these restrictions. So we create a new aristocracy from the richest, and as part of caring for the climate and ecology, slaves straight from ancient Rome are created from the poorer classes. But something has gone wrong as even the Oxford community does not accept movement restrictions. This is not reassuring, because it sends a clear message that Westerners will not accept restrictions voluntarily. I wonder what new idea will come up to make people accept the restrictions. Will it be a new pandemic or a new armed conflict. Both are already widely described in the Western press, I wonder if the decisions have already been made?
